Less than a week and already 4 pds gone ! I’m so happy !
When I say forgot sugar I mean all sorts of sugar ( I take splenda instead), white bread ,pasta and rice, actually quick sugars / carbohydrates.
I eat brown bread 2 slices a day, in vegetables there are also carbohydrates but the glycemic index is low so it’s possible to eat them particularly greens like lettuce, green beans, tomatoes ( but a little bit acid for my delicate stomach …).
I wanted to go on eating some cereals like oats but they give me heartburns…I used to add to the oats ground flax seeds so precious for good fats like omega 3. So now I add the flax seeds in other food.
I also eat proteins like eggs, chicken, turkey, cheese not too much but every day.
5 years ago I lost 75 pounds on diet between Atkins and Scardale, because of a cortizone treatment +binging I gained these pounds.
I have 20 pounds coming back when I start binging again.
I usually binge my home made cookies and cakes whose I love so much !
Now I break again this “vice”, in the future I want to be able to eat one or two, ok may be 3 but not all of them……..
I overcame my craving for sugar, it’s a good step.
I practise sport but not as much I want, I come back so tired from work…..I know it’s not an excuse……..
